Búseti kynnir Spjallmenni til leiks

Búseti hefur innleitt spjallmenni til að aðstoða við fyrirspurnir. Tilgangur Spjallmennisins er að auðvelda áhugasömum að nálgast almennar upplýsingar um Búseta á einfaldan hátt hvenær sem er, þar sem spjallmennið er til taks alla daga, allan sólarhringinn. Spjallmennið getur svarað fyrirspurnum á fjölda tungumála, sem endurspeglar fjölbreytta flóru félagsmanna Búseta.

Spjallmennið er í þjálfun, svo fyrirvari er á réttmæti upplýsinga en með tímanum mun spjallmennið eflast enn meira og skilja flóknari fyrirspurnir. Í spjallinu getur þú alltaf beðið um samband við starfsfólk Búseta, með því að skrifa inn í spjallið „fá samband við starfsmann“ og þá opnast gluggi þar sem þú getur skrifað skilaboð sem við svörum um hæl.

Spjallmennið er viðbót við þjónustu Búseta, en alltaf er hægt að hafa samband við starfsfólk Búseta á opnunartíma í síma 556-1000 eða senda tölvupóst á buseti@buseti.is

Búseti introduces Chatbot

Búseti has implemented an AI generated chatbot to assist customers. The purpose of the chatbot is to make it easier for people to access general information about Búseti in a simple way at any time, as the chatbot is available every day, 24/7. The chatbot can answer questions in several languages, which reflects the diverse range of Búseti members.

The chatbot is being trained, so therefore there is a disclaimer about the accuracy of the information, but over time the chatbot will become even stronger and understand more complex questions. In the chat, you can always ask to contact Búseti staff, by typing into the chat "contact a staff member" and then a window will open where you can write a message that we will respond to promptly.

The Chatbot is an addition to Búseti service, but you can always contact the Búseti staff during opening hours by calling 556-1000 or sending an email to buseti@buseti.is
